Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours.Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.
Do we ship internationally?
We provide free domestic shipping for orders over $100. International shipping will be calculated according to your location. Please send us an email first to get an exact quote.
How do I track my order status?The tracking information for your order will be available within 24 hours after shipping. Please contact us with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
How can I know the exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds Exchanges will be issued for defective products (Books, DVDs, CDs). Store credit will be given on returned items in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. We accept returns shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit to the account with which you placed the order.
Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
